By the end of the seminar, delegates will have a thorough understanding of the typical assessment centre process: the competency frameworks that underpin the centre, the range of activities used, how applicants are observed, assessed and ultimately evaluated. How to Maximise the Application Process (formerly Self Marketing for Advertised Roles)
This half day seminar will cover all kinds of letters of application and application forms and how clients can best present themselves.

This one day workshop which will assist with building up confidence and learning how to ‘speak up and speak out’.

A challenging half day seminar which helps clients move out of their comfort zone and realise potential by looking forward and not back.

A half-day seminar that will gives participants a practical insight into the benefits and pitfalls of being self-employed. Including:-

The objectives of this ‘hands on’ workshop are:-
- To increase awareness of how the internet can be used to aid all stages of job search
- To increase delegates knowledge of job search websites and how to use them more efficiently and to their advantage
- To assist delegates to use the computer more confidently and understand some of the jargon used on job search websites
- To improve delegates confidence in being able to job search for themselves
