Victoria Sterman

Victoria Sterman – Chief Executive

Victoria joined Resource as its first Chief Executive in October 2013, having spent the majority of her career in leadership positions within a pharmaceutical marketing consultancy, where she was responsible for recruitment, on-boarding, resource management, people development and training.

Kim Maidment – Professional Consultant

Kim has been Resource’s Professional Consultant since 2004.  She undertakes this role within a portfolio of work as a freelance HR and Outplacement consultant in the not for profit and commercial sectors.   She co-ordinates the Charities HR Network and volunteers as a CAB Advisor.

Lynne Cantor – Relationship Manager 

Lynne took on the new role of Relationship Manager bringing with her, her skills as an Operations Director, a Non-Executive  Director and a Business Owner. Lynne pulls upon her vast experience of networking to help Resource clients’ enhance their  own networking efforts by developing contacts for introductions, work experience, mentoring, shadowing and volunteering.

Lauren Abrams – Marketing and Communications Manager

Lauren joined Resource in May 2016. Her role is to co-ordinate all marketing activities, including events, advertising and digital communications and to raise awareness of Resource and its services within the community. Prior to joining Resource, Lauren managed the marketing strategy for global brands within the Entertainment and Lifestyle, Telco, Retail and Technology sector.

Lisa Christie

Lisa Christie – Office Manager

Lisa is the Office Manager, responsible for client administration, diary management, planning and co-ordinating seminars, supervising volunteer administrators and general day-to-day running of the office. Prior to joining Resource, Lisa worked within various sectors managing their offices, including charity, IT, Telecoms, Consultancy and Health & Fitness, developing her operational and leadership skills.

Cheryl Bookatz – Office Administrator 

Cheryl is the Office Administrator, and is responsible for general day-to-day running of the office and the co-ordination of Fundraising events. Prior to joining Resource, Cheryl has most recently worked in the Chabad Lubavitch Centre in Ilford where ran the office. She has a degree in economics, and prior to having children she had a career in banking.
