Advisors bring extensive expertise in order to offer clients the highest levels of professional outplacement advice and support.  All our advisors meet our required competency standards and have experience of recruitment in a variety of roles and sectors.

This role involves:

  • An induction programme (including attending seminars and observing other advisors)
  • Meeting with new clients for an introductory session
  • Assessing how each client can benefit from the services Resource offers and booking them on appropriate seminars
  • Following up with each client to review their CV, perfect their introductory statement, discuss how they can best market themselves and agree a realistic action plan
  • Meeting regularly with each client to encourage them in their job search, maintain their motivation and review action plans
  • Ongoing CPD

How much time do I need to give?

As an advisor, you’ll ideally commit to support Resource one (long) half day a week on a regular basis.  You will receive ongoing training and development to carry out your role.

How do I apply?
