Main Duties
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Management: Manage/deliver all external communications from Nightingale Hammerson and any additional third-party communications as appropriate; work with the Senior Management and Board of Trustees to plan detailed calendar of activities and support budgeting of marketing expenditure.
2. Communications Planning & Development: Manage our website content and functionality, creating compelling web content; supervise our social media consultant to develop/schedule social media posts and interactions on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; monitor need/usage of general marketing materials; ensure all content is relevant and messaging is consistent and up to date.
3. PR: Ensure messages from the organisation are consistently delivered across all channels; build/maintain relationships with relevant communal/local publications

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience that demonstrates ability
Experience of working in a marketing role within a not-for-profit or commercial organisation (as an account manager or marketing within a sales function)
Experience of delivering successful, integrated appeals and campaigns through a range of marketing channels
Experience of delivering successful, integrated appeals and campaigns through a range of marketing channels
Excellent and engaging communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to devise, implement and develop long-term plans and strategies
Strong budgeting, business planning and financial monitoring skills
A commitment to helping Nightingale Hammerson’s client group
Highly motivated to succeed and with the ambition and desire to grow the team
Desirable
Relevant marketing and/or communications qualification
Knowledge and understanding of the Jewish community
Additional Job Info
Hours: 37.5 hours Regular office hours are 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday. The applicant will also be expected to be flexible and to occasionally work outside of normal working hours to attend relevant evening events and meetings
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays

Initial Interviews: 7-18th January 2019
Final Interviews: w/c 4th February 2019

Location either SW12 or N2
