Alan Sanders – Chair

Alan has wide ranging general management experience working for international pharmaceutical corporations in the UK and Belgium.  For many years he was a Business Mentor to a number of managing directors responsible for small and medium sized businesses.  He is Vice-president and the immediate past Chairman of the Board at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in Putney. He is also a Trustee of the Ella Foundation, which supports and develops chief executives of non profit organisations.

Julian Glicher

Julian is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience of working in the Education and Charity sectors.  Julian is currently Trustee and Treasurer of The Holocaust Memorial Day Trust, a Government funded charity that promotes and supports Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD).  HMD has taken place in the UK since 2001, with a national commemorative UK event in Westminster and over 6,000 local activities taking place on 27 January each year.  He is also Vice Chairman of VTCT, a vocational educational charity which is an awarding body in the hair, beauty and therapy sectors, and which supports research into treatment for facial disfigurement.

Brandon Horwitz

Brandon has been a trustee of Resource since 2015 and a networking contact since 2009. Brandon's previous voluntary experience includes being a trustee of a London hospital school. Brandon is a qualified actuary with over 15 years' experience in financial services across financial advice/wealth management, investment management, pensions and regulation. He currently works in product development for Vitality Life.   

Trisha Ward

Trisha has worked in the voluntary sector for most of her career, with a background in counselling, disability awareness training and fundraising for charities, she has experience in developing new projects including a day centre for holocaust survivors and support groups for carers of people living with dementia and disability.  A typical example of a ‘woman returner to work’ she has been involved with Resource since 1998, initially as an advisor, and subsequently a member of the Executive Committee and Chair for four years.  

Barry Mordsley

Barry is a solicitor, specialising in employment law. A former academic, teaching in various institutions in London and in Cornell University in the USA, his current roles include Consultant at Harbottle and Lewis, Director and Trustee of The Employers' Network on Equality and Inclusion and Visiting Professor at Middlesex University.

A founder member of The Employment Lawyers' Association, Barry also served as a member of the Law Society's Employment Law Committee. He chaired the International Bar Association's Discrimination Law Committee, and sat as a part time Employment Judge for 27 years. Finally, he has also-co-authored a book and written many articles on employment law.

Mike Beral

Mike has followed the development of success of Resource for many years and became a Trustee in 2017. Mike has previously been a Trustee of The Liberal Synagogue Elstree and has worked on a number of projects for Liberal Judaism, the national movement. In his professional life Mike works as an IT Programme Manager for Computacenter, Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, enabling users and their business.

Kate Fulton 

Kate trained as a barrister specialising in media law and was legal counsel for ITV. She was Chair of the Advertising Lawyers Group when she was with the advertising agency Young & Rubicam Group. She works with Jewish Care having undertaken many interviews for 'The Jewish Views' radio programme and is involved with the Barnet Reading Project. She is a former member of the Board of Management for Finchley Synagogue (Kinloss).
