At Norwood, we're looking for a Registered Manager to lead two adult services, one residential and one supported living, providing high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As our Registered Manager, you'll have operational responsibility for The Firs, our residential service, and Kadimah, our supported living service. As the Registered Manager for both locations, you'll provide leadership across two dedicated teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Qualifications and Experience
You'll Bring
Experience leading or supervising services supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Experience managing teams, quality standards and operational performance.
Strong knowledge of person-centred practice, safeguarding and CQC regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
A commitment to developing people, improving services and delivering outstanding care.
It Would Strengthen Your Application If You Have
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or are an RNLD. If you don't yet hold a Level 5 qualification, you'll be willing to complete it within an agreed timeframe.
Experience across both residential and supported living services.
Experience leading change, coaching managers and developing high-performing teams.
Knowledge of Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
