This seminar is in 2 parts. At the end of the Part 1 you will have:

LinkedIn has become a vital tool in a modern job seeker’s toolkit, and is used to help find the right job and connect and strengthen professional relationships. Our half day course is aimed at complete beginners, and will guide you how to use LinkedIn to connect with others and assist your job search.

Learn about the different interview techniques used by employers and how to prepare for your interviews. During the session you will practise answering a wide variety of interview questions to give you the confidence to succeed at interviews.

Identify your competencies and learn how to use them as evidence - both on job applications and at an interview - that you can do the job.  This webinar will give you an understanding of the experience, skills and behaviours that make up a competency, as well as helping you learn how to identify the competencies you’ll need to do the job you want. You’ll have an opportunity to prepare your answers to competency questions during the session.
