Main Duties
The Membership Engagement Director will lead NNLS's membership
engagement strategy, helping members build meaningful connections with the community,
supporting volunteer leadership,strengthening member participation and ensuring an excellent member experience from first enquiry through every stage of synagogue life.
The post holder will bring warmth,enthusiasm, friendliness and experience in community engagement,volunteer management or membership organisations.
They will enjoy creating opportunities for people to connect, participate and
lead.

Experience in community engagement, membership, volunteer management or
community development.
Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse groups of people.
Experience recruiting, supporting and developing volunteers.
Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using databases, CRM systems and digital engagement tools.
Ability to think strategically while delivering practical results.
Commitment to the values of Masorti Judaism.
