Main Duties
This is an opportunity to join a young and growing commercial real estate investment and asset management business at an early stage of its development.
The team is highly experienced, with significant UK commercial property transactions already completed and underway. The company is continuing to acquire assets and build its London team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and CFO and gain broad exposure to the business. There is genuine scope for the role to develop & grow.
Working closely with the CEO and CFO of a growing commercial real estate investment business, the role combines executive support with business operations.
Main duties:
Managing the CEO’s diary, emails, meetings and follow-ups
Coordinating with the CFO, business partners and external advisers
Liaising with solicitors, brokers, agents and property managers
Supporting commercial property acquisitions, exchanges and completions
Organising transaction and property documentation
Preparing one-pagers, summaries, meeting notes and briefings
Working with Excel, property brochures and business information
Using ChatGPT/Claude for research, summaries and correspondence
Helping run the Mayfair office
Supporting the CFO with basic administration where required
Following up actions and keeping matters moving
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a bright, highly organised and proactive person who is keen to learn and grow with the business.
Fluent Hebrew and English
Intelligent, quick-thinking and able to learn quickly
Highly organised, reliable and trustworthy
Proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Comfortable using technology and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
Able to work effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Previous experience in commercial real estate, property, investments, a family office or professional services would be an advantage, but is not essential
Previous PA/EA experience is not essential; candidates from operations, team support, property administration or transaction coordination backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
