Main Duties
B'IYUN AI is an AI education and consulting community for Jewish businesses and entrepreneurs. Members get 1:1 consulting on their own AI projects, in-depth videos of real projects being built, courses, community and office hours.
We're hiring commission sales managers to bring new members into B'IYUN AI:
- Find prospects: business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals in your network and beyond it.
- Start conversations over WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, phone and in person.
- Learn each prospect's business well enough to explain where AI could help them.
- Answer questions and handle objections honestly.
- Follow up consistently and keep track of every prospect.
Pay: 40% of every membership you bring in, every month, for as long as that member stays. Uncapped, no quotas. Paid through Skool's affiliate program. This is a commission-only, independent role; there is no base salary.
We provide training if needed, marketing materials at our cost (flyers, business cards), lead-generation tools and prospect lists.

- Confidence starting conversations and following up without being pushy.
- Clear, professional written English.
- Organised: able to manage many prospects in a spreadsheet or CRM.
- Self-driven.
- Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, or the drive to learn them fast.
- Integrity: no spam, no overpromising.
- Sales, marketing, recruiting or community experience is a plus, not a requirement.
