The Head of Volunteer Operations is responsible for overseeing, developing and supporting CST’s volunteer function, ensuring the effective recruitment, operational deployment, progression, welfare, retention and recognition of volunteers across London and the Southern Regions. The role will lead the development and implementation of CST’s volunteer strategy, creating a sustainable and engaged volunteer workforce that delivers the organisation’s operational objectives and cultural values

You must be a team player, and have:
Experience of operational security
Demonstrable leadership experience
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
