The room was packed as over 100 people gathered to play and learn Bridge with The Times’ esteemed columnist and Bridge player, Andrew Robson OBE. The game was afoot as everyone was welcomed with tea, coffee, and biscuits. Energised and ready to enjoy a great game with friends, family, and new connections.
Players listened intently and followed along at all levels. Andrew, with his passion for Bridge, left no one behind, answering questions and encouraging participants as they played.
After a few hours of exciting revelations, a well-deserved lunch was served.
“What an amazing teacher Andrew is!”
“I’ve been to four of his sessions already.”
“Such a great event put on by Resource today, The whole day was so well organised, and I met both old and new friends.”
Raffle tickets were snapped up as people mingled, chatting about the game, the ambience, and the food.
After a few more rounds of play, the raffle was drawn and the lucky winners claimed their prizes.
What a fantastic atmosphere and a thoroughly enjoyable day for everyone. A special thank you to Andrew Robson for bringing people together in the name of Bridge.
