The Resource Chanukah Bake Off 2025 was a vibrant and joyful celebration, drawing an impressive number of entries and filling the space with people, creativity, and the unmistakable buzz of Chanukah spirit. The table was laden with beautifully presented bakes, from classic favourites to imaginative showstoppers, making the judges’ task both exciting and challenging. After much deliberation, the competition was exceptionally close, with two outstanding creations named joint runners-up: rich, indulgent chocolate chip brownies and a striking doughnut tower filled with chocolate and jam, both praised for their flavour and presentation. Ultimately, the top prize went to a stunning gingerbread chanukiah, which captured the judges’ hearts with its intricate detailing, craftsmanship, and festive charm. The event was a true showcase of talent, community, and Chanukah joy, leaving everyone inspired, and very well fed.
