On Tuesday 21 October, Resource was delighted to welcome the Mayor of Barnet, Councillor Danny Rich, to its office. During his visit, the Mayor met with clients, volunteers, and staff, gaining insight into how the organisation supports individuals to develop their skills, build confidence, and take meaningful steps towards employment.
From inspiring conversations with clients to engaging discussions with the team, Councillor Rich saw firsthand the impact of Resource’s work. He witnessed the charity’s core mission: empowering people at all stages of life to succeed in their job search.

His visit was a wonderful opportunity to highlight the difference our free services make helping people from school leavers to those approaching retirement. We are grateful for his interest and support and for taking time out of his busy schedule as a Senior Rabbi at Southgate Progressive Synagogue, and as a Justice of the Peace (Magistrate) in South West London."
