Resource at the 2025 Maccabi London Fun Run
On Sunday 22 June, Resource was proud to be part of the 2025 Maccabi London Fun Run! A day filled with energy, community spirit, and purpose. Held at StoneX Stadium, the event brought together thousands of people to support a wide range of Jewish charities, and we were thrilled to be involved once again. Our stall was set up right in the heart of the Charity Fair, giving us a great opportunity to meet with attendees, share information about Resource, and talk about the work we do to support members of the Jewish community with free career guidance and job search support. It was amazing to connect with so many people who were interested in our mission or who had heard about us and wanted to learn more.
After the run, we handed out branded ice packs to the runners, a much-appreciated treat on such a hot summer day. Each ice pack had the Resource logo, and not only helped cool people down but also served as a fun and practical way to keep our name out there. We had lots of great conversations with runners and supporters while they rested and recovered, and it was great to be able to offer something helpful as part of the day.
We were especially proud to have one of our own - Rafi Galkoff - running in support of Resource. Rafi took on the challenge with huge enthusiasm and represented us brilliantly on the day. We’re incredibly grateful for his time, effort, and energy in running to raise awareness for our charity. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall, supported Resource, or just came over to say hello. It was a fantastic day, and we loved being part of such a positive and meaningful community event.
