New to the UK 2019

A group of new arrivers attended Resource's second 'New to the UK' workshop on 9th April. Our new arrivers had come from countries such as France, Israel, Ukraine and Australia, all looking for advice on finding work and settling here. The workshop was packed with tips from our career expert Kim Maidment. Kim spoke about what kind of accommodation might be available, how to find employment, what should a contract of employment look like, tax & insurance implications and even driving in the UK.
