To mark Resource's 30th anniversary, we hosted a high-profile panel event,where former Government advisor Tony Danker, the Director-General of the CBI, Luciana Berger - Former MP and Charity Chair of MMHA, Alex Goat - CEO of Livity and Alex Stephany - Founder and CEO of BEAM made up the esteemed panel, moderated by Stephen Rosenthal, Partner at Founders Keepers.
The event took place at JW3 in north London on Wednesday 6 July. A canape reception for all past and present Resource volunteers, staff, trustees and the Resource Community was followed by a Question Time-style panel where the audience had the opportunity to ask questions to the esteemed panel on a number of interesting topics including:
· Creating a truly diverse workforce
· The ‘New Normal’: how post-pandemic expectations for work have changed
· The Future of work
· Gen Z: the future of our workplace that we don’t fully understand
Victoria Sterman, Resource’s Chief Executive, said:

As the only non-profit organisation to have been helping people into employment for 30 years, Resource is uniquely placed to discuss our work with impressive guests including the Director-General of the CBI.”
