Mr Kintish told the packed audience how they must first learn to overcome the fears many of us have when confronted by a room full of strangers, especially when we have the opportunity to interact with them with the object of opening employment doors. In a lively presentation Mr Kintish included the do’s and don’ts of approaching people and the value of being a good listener. There were tips too on breaking the ice, and the art of weaving effective small talk with topics designed to lead to meaningful business conversations.
