RESOURCE HELP INSPIRE GUESTS TO GET THE FLEXIBLE ROLE THEY ALWAYS WANTED
Resource, in partnership with JW3, held an exclusive FREE event on flexible working called YOUR JOB YOUR WAY on Thursday 21 November from 10am – 12pm at JW3, London. The accomplished guest speaker Katy Fridman, Founder of Flexible Working People shared her invaluable expertise on what is flexible working, why to work flexibly, the different types and their benefits and the economic shifts in the industry making flexible working more vital today than ever with 30% of jobs now being flexible. Katy also delved into the importance of social media in one's job search as she reported "93% of recruiters look at a candidate's social media accounts ahead of an interview".
Expert employment lawyer Jonathan Newman from Simmons & Simmons was also on hand to help with any legal questions facing those searching for Flexible Working. Guests also received expert advice, tips and knowledge from the experienced Resource team on writing CVs, nailing a job interview with confidence and much more.
